Brexit – Citizens Advice EU Citizens Support

The UK’s decision to leave the European Union (Brexit) means that the rights of EU citizens living in the UK and UK citizens living in the EU will change. This is because Freedom of Movement will end.

If you're an EU national living in the UK and wish to stay, you should apply to the EU Settlement Scheme for the right to stay here after Brexit.

Citizens Advice Scotland has set up a new specialist helpline service for EU citizens living in Scotland, called EU Citizens Support. The service is designed to help EU citizens and their families with issues and concerns around the EU Settlement Scheme.

The Number for the new EU Citizens Helpline is 0800 916 9847. It is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
